The quality of rice is excellent in Taiwan. Especially the one grows in the mountain in the west coast and the one from the east valley of the island. It’s a successor of Japanese rice which has rich flavor and taste. I chose three great kinds of rice from west and east coast and abstracted their spirit and pour into the sake wine label.

Mountainside black sake

Black rice is famous or rich in anthocyanin. After winemaking, a thick red-purple-ish color makes the sake looks like red wine. The smell has an extra taro flavor which is unique to other traditional sake.

YILAN SHAFOU KOSHIHIKARI SAKE

Good water grows good rice. Rice in Yilan drinks the water from mountain spring and result in Shafou. It has a crystal white body and manifests as snow. The sake made of this rice tastes clean, smooth and mineral-oriented.

THE MORNING FOG, ICHUAN AROMA SAKE

A sip of sake is full of morning wakeup, so fresh and so chill. Ichuan aroma rice has rich flower smell. This gift also goes into the sake, makes it refine your body.
